1. What is decentralization?

It is the process of empowering and empowering local bodies by delegating power and authority from the center to local bodies or handing over the power and authority of the center to local bodies.

2. When was Nepal divided into five development regions?

    In 2037 B.S. it was divided into five development regions.

3. What is a federal system of government?

A federal system of government is a system of government run by a political party in which the country is divided into various autonomous states or provinces or territories. Each province has a provincial government and a federal government at the center.

4. What is the difference between natural region and administrative region?

 The political division that has been made to run the administration of the country smoothly and smoothly is the administrative region or province, such as: development region, municipality, zonal, village municipality, etc. Similarly, the division based on the geography of the country is called natural province. For example, they are Himalayan, hilly and Terai regions.

5. When was Nepal divided into four development regions?

  In 2029 B.S., it was divided into four development regions.

6. What is Proportional Development?

Proportional Development refers to equitable and balanced development in all parts of the country so that all citizens have equal access to the returns of development is called proportional development.

7. What is meant by single identity and multiple identities in the federal  

   system of government?

The identification of the state by a certain cultural group, caste or tribe is called a single identity, while the process of identifying and respecting all the groups, castes, or tribes living within the state is called multiple identifications.

केन्द्रबाट स्थानीय निकाय हरुलाई  अधिकार र शक्ति प्रत्यायोजन गरेर स्थानीय निकायहरुलाई सक्षम र सबल बनाउने अथवा केन्द्रको शक्ति र अधिकार स्थानीय निकायलाई सुम्पिने प्रक्रिया हो।   

२. नेपाललाई कहिले पांच विकास क्षेत्रमा विभाजन गरिएको थियो ?

  नेपाललाई वि. स. २०३७ सालमा पांच विकास क्षेत्रमा विभाजन गरिएको थियो। 

३.  सङ्घीय शासन प्रणाली भनेको के हो ? 

सङ्घीय शासन प्रणाली भनेको एउटा राजनैतिक दलद्वारा गरिने शासन प्रणाली हो जसमा देशलाई विभिन्न स्वायत्त राज्य अथवा प्रदेशहरु वा प्रान्तहरुमा विभाजन गरिएको हुन्छ । प्रत्येक प्रदेशमा प्रदेश सरकार र केन्द्रमा सङ्घीय सरकार रहेको हुन्छ । 

४. प्राकृतिक प्रदेश र प्रशासनिक प्रदेशमा के फरक छ ? 

 देशको प्रशासन सुचारु र सहजरुपमा सञ्चालन गर्न गरिएको राजनैतिक विभाजन नै प्रशासनिक क्षेत्र वा प्रदेश हो जस्तै ः विकास क्षेत्र, नगरपालिका, अञ्चल, गाउँपालिका आदि । त्यस्तै गरी देशको भौगोलिक बनोटको आधारमा गरिएको विभाजनलाई प्राकृतिक प्रदेश भनिन्छ । जस्तै ः हिमाली, पहाडी प्रदेश र तराई प्रदेश हुन् । 

५. नेपाललाई कहिले चार  विकास क्षेत्रमा विभाजन गरिएको थियो ?

  नेपाललाई वि. स. २०२९ सालमा पांच विकास क्षेत्रमा विभाजन गरिएको थियो। 

६. समानुपातिक विकास भनेको के हो ? 

सबै नागरिकहरुलाई विकासको प्रतिफलमा समान पहँुच हुनेगरी देशको सबै भागमा गरिने समान र सन्तुलित विकासलाई समानुतिक विकास भनिन्छ । 

७. सङ्घीय शासन प्रणालीमा एकल पहिचान र बहुपहिचान भन्नाले के बुझिन्छ ? 

कुनै एउटा निश्चित साँस्कृतिक समूह, जात वा जनजातिद्वारा राज्यको पहिचान गरिनुलाई एकल पहिचान भनिन्छ भने राज्यभित्र बसोबास गर्ने सम्पूर्ण समूहहरु, जातहरु वा जनजातिहरुको समान पहिचान तथा सम्मान हुने अवस्थालाई बहुपहिचान भनिन्छ ।
